Do you have some spare time?  Would like to give back to the community? Have played sport as a youngster yourself and want to inspire the next generation to have a go? Do you have a passion for rugby union?

There are lots of reasons people volunteer and just as many rewards, including:

*Developing skills

*Growing in confidence

*Finding a new career direction

*Learning and acquiring knowledge

*Having fun

And a whole lot more!  Including training and accreditation for coaching and team management, refereeing and other roles such as Field Marshall, which the club pays for.

We don’t believe our kids should have to travel out of our lovely suburb to participate in club sport.  We believe our local kids are just as good as any other and should not need to go elsewhere to be recognised for their potential. We are proudly the only local footy team to train and play in the heart of Forest Lake. Yet without volunteers, this dream cannot happen.
